Peru Ely Cruz Lopez

This year's Ely Cruz Lopez is outstanding, very clean, consistent, and delicious. Tasting like a bright lemon tea with a light milk chocolate body, this year's crop complements these sunny spring days.

It comes from the Chirinos Cooperative in northern Peru, which produces excellent coffee and promotes sustainability on many levels. It is our 8th year purchasing their coffee and directly supporting their producers.
